SHIPPING

Normally orders will ship within 1-2 business days of processing payment, unless particularly noted elsewhere on the website, at the time order is placed, or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed.  Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.  

We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. The main methods of shipping and approximate delivery time are as follows:

Prices vary on what country you are located in. For remote areas, the shipping fee can be up to $15.98 USD.
Due to shipping carrier policies, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery dates for Express Shipping orders.

THESE ARE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES. Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier or international customs sorting.

During busy sale periods there may be a small delay in dispatch due to a higher volume of orders received.

VERIFICATION

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, the orders will not be canceled during this period, considering the handling process already started, but we will try our best to communicate with you via email or phone to find an good solution.

PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone timely.

SHIPPING TRACKING

When an order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking information. The shipping information will be updated and sent to you once the package arrives at your local airport (due to system reasons, shipping information is not updated to you immediately during the time).

ORDER FULFILLMENT
We ship daily from Monday to Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed after 6 PM CST Sunday-Friday will start to be made the next day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.

ABOUT DUTIES AND TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
